The studio is at 3235 Tampa Rd, Unit B, Loft 35, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. Parking is on site. If a studio visit is difficult, mobile appointments are available across Pinellas and Hillsborough and the full treatment comes to you.

Getting an answer quickly

Phone is fastest during studio hours, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Outside those hours use the booking link and pick a time directly; you do not need to call first to make an appointment.

What to tell us

If you are getting in touch about a specific problem, describe it briefly when you book. Jaw tension, recurring headaches, posture that keeps returning after stretching and long-standing pain each need a different amount of time set aside, and saying so up front means the first visit is spent treating rather than triaging.
